DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP YOUR ORDERS FROM?
We ship all orders from our warehouse located in Hong Kong.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We process orders as quickly as possible. You must request any modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
Requests made after this time frame cannot be fulfilled. However, once you’ve received your order, you can return it for a full refund.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All orders are carefully processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time during holiday or sale periods.
Processing time: 1 to 3 business days from the order date.
Shipping time: Orders are shipped the next business day after processing.
Please note that we do not ship over the weekend.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2 to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES?
The prices displayed on our site are excluding taxes. However, you may need to pay customs duties and taxes in Euros when your order arrives in France.
Import taxes, customs duties, and customs fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by your country’s customs service.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR DAMAGED?
If you received an incorrect, missing, or defective item, please contact us immediately at shoppfovenci@gmail.com. Make sure to include your order number, photos of the item, and any necessary references. We will resolve your issue as soon as possible.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
For credit or debit card payments: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after receiving the returned item or the approval of the cancellation request.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank or card provider as it may take some time for the funds to appear in your account.
